Nanny Qualifications
Finding the right family to work with is just as important as finding the right nanny. We interview our families, review their job descriptions, and make sure that they match your needs and expectations. We offer excellent job opportunities and we are looking forward to assisting you in finding just the right position.
Nurture & Nanny takes great pride in offering the best qualified nannies. In order to be accepted as a Nurture and Nanny registered nanny, applicants must meet the following requirements and pass the initial screening process:
-Minimum Two Years Experience
-CPR/First Aid Certified
-Trustline Registered (upon request)
-*One Year Commitment
-Verifiable Work References
-Exceptional Personal References
-Valid CA Drivers License
-Fluent in English
-High School Degree or Equivalency
When you interview with our agency -
please have the following available:
- Resume
- Letters of recommendation (if possible)
- Copy of your CA Drivers License
- Copy of your Social Security Card/Green Card
- Copy of your CPR/First Aid Certification (or proof of enrollment)
(nannies without all pertinent information will not be able to be sent out on interviews)
*Nannies are expected to make a one year commitment to the family. This helps to establish the bond between nanny and child.
