The selection process begins when you fill out the Family Application.  Shortly thereafter a representative from the agency will call you to review your application and learn more about your family. We then match the qualities and experience you desire in your nanny to one of the highly qualified nannies in our agency. We will only send a nanny for an interview that we believe is highly compatible to your family’s needs and wants.

You can rest assured that all our nannies have been through a rigorous screening process before they are introduced to your family. We only represent the top-tiered nannies in the industry. All are professional, experienced, and trustworthy, with a passion for working with children. In order to be considered by our agency nannies must meet the following criteria:

-Minimum Two Years Experience
-CPR/First Aid Certified
-Trustline Registered (upon request)
-*One Year Commitment
-Verifiable Work References
-Exceptional Personal References
-Valid CA Drivers License
-Fluent in English
-High School Degree or Equivalency

*Nannies are expected to make a one year commitment to the family. This helps to establish the bond between nanny and child.
