Family Information
The selection process begins when you contact us directly or fill out the Family Application. Shortly thereafter a representative from the agency will call you to review your application and learn more about your family. We then match the qualities and experience you desire in an employee to one of the highly qualified candidates in our agency. We will only send a candidate for an interview that we believe is highly compatible to your family’s needs and wants. We spend the time to get to know you and your families needs and firmly believe in quality over quantity.

You can rest assured that all our candidates have been through a rigorous screening process before they are introduced to your family. We only represent the top-tiered candidates in the industry. All are professional, experienced, and trustworthy, with a passion for their chosen profession. In order to be considered by our agency candidates must meet the following criteria:
-Minimum Two Years Experience
-CPR/First Aid Certified - which is done within the first two weeks of placement if it not already completed (nannies only)
-Trustline Registered (upon request)
-Exceptional and Verifiable Work References
-Valid CA Drivers License
-Fluent in English
-High School Degree or Equivalency
- Legal Status in the U.S.
