Our Placement Fee is 9% of the nanny's annual
gross income, 15% for baby nurses, and 20% for temporary placements
(lasting less than 3 months). If for any reason termination of
employment should occur within one year of placement, Nurture &
Nanny will provide one replacement without an additional fee.
Our Deposit Fee is $250. This non-refundable fee includes extensive background
checks, interviews, past employment verification, reference checks,
CPR/First Aid Certification, and TrustLine
Registration (upon request). The
Deposit Fee will be credited to your Placement Fee upon the hiring
of one of our nannies, if
placement is full-time (over 30 hours a week). The $250
Deposit Fee is non-refundable for part-time placements.
There is no cost or obligation to pay the Placement fee until the
initial two week trial period is complete. You are however,
responsible for paying the employee for her hours worked during the
2 week trial period.
Should you choose to hire a nanny from our agency, the Placement fee
will be due at the end of the 2 week trial period. Deposit fee will
be credited to the Placement fee upon hiring one of our nannies, if placement is full-time
(over 30 hours a week). The $250 Deposit Fee is non-refundable
for part-time placements.
